HPW in the latest Pensions Age
Great to see Hughes Price Walker featured across the September edition of Pensions Age.
Ray Hughes shares his thoughts on how the pensions system needs to adapt to changing working and life patterns, including later life milestones, self-employment, career changes and caring breaks (pages 40-43), as well as the challenges around pension modelling and valuations (pages 60-61).
On pages 62-63, our administration leader, Jo Willis, looks at pensions dashboards from a member engagement perspective, highlighting how key life events, such as changing jobs, buying a home, divorce or approaching retirement, can provide natural opportunities to engage with members. Jo also considers how dashboards can be used as a gateway to better long-term engagement, helping members understand their benefits and take meaningful next steps.
Great contributions from Ray and Jo and some really interesting discussions across the latest edition.
