Ray Hughes
Ray is a co-founder of Hughes Price Walker and brings over 25 years of experience as a Scheme Actuary. He is passionate about pensions and takes pride in helping his clients.

Duncan Ross
Duncan is a qualified actuary with over two decades of experience in the pensions industry. Duncan currently serves as a Chair of the ACA Smaller Firms sub-committee.

Matt Bugg
In addition to providing scheme funding advice to trustees, Matt is a specialist in preparing pension disclosures for company accounts and provides support on buy-out projects.
Actuarial Team Leader
Helen Chivers
Helen is a qualified actuary and leads the actuarial team at Hughes Price Walker. She also provides consultancy support to some of our schemes and is the Chair of the Standard Actuarial Documents Committee.
Administration Manager
Kathryn Davies
Kathryn has been with the firm since 2007. She is ProfPMI qualified and holds a Level 3 award in Leadership and Management. She leads our strong team of administrators and plays an active role in the firm’s management team.
Administration Team Leader
Jo Willis
Jo is the team leader of our administration team and has over 20 years of experience in pensions administration. She joined Hughes Price Walker in 2009.
Consultant
Giorgia Carpagnano
Giorgia is a pensions consultant with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She is a qualified pensions lawyer, so brings a wealth of legal insight to her role. Giorgia also serves as an adviser to the Pensions Ombudsman, reflecting her deep understanding of the sector.

Sarah Bennett
Sarah joined HPW in 2013 having previously worked both in-house and in third party administration and consultancy settings since 2001. As a pensions consultant she provides trustee secretarial and governance services to a range of clients.
